Developing consistent communications for John Lewis
Designhouse was commissioned by John Lewis to conduct an in-depth review of all internal communications at both the branch and central office level with a view to creating a consistent look and feel to all printed communications.
With this in mind we created an interactive toolkit for partners that first and foremost reflected the credibility and respected status of the external brand by implementing an overarching look and feel for all communications, whilst introducing a degree of flexibility to allow for independent expression. This was then rolled out to all 29,000 partners across all 26 branches.
