Heathrow Express is an internationally recognised and respected brand serving 16,000 passengers a day. Over recent years the identity was felt to be in need of a refresh, especially in light of the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Delivering an exemplary service
Designhouse were briefed to update the identity whilst retaining the core components. The new identity was required to reflect the core elements of the brand personality: premiumness, confidence, quality. We moderated research with both business and leisure passengers to gather feedback and insights before refining the identity and launching it to critical acclaim.
