Corporate identity refresh for premier real estate agency.
Founded in 2013, the company manages the sales and purchase, management and rentals of real estate in the exclusive Swiss mountain resort.
More recently, it expanded its remit into a private concierge service for those staying in serviced buildings. The brief was to deliver a simple but intriguing concept that would mirror the one-stop shop provided by the new concierge service offering everything from ski lift passes to private chefs. We proposed the strapline “Expect more”, referencing the first-class service and experience provided by One Crans Montana employees.

We proposed the strapline “Expect more”, referencing the first-class service and experience provided by One Crans Montana employees.
The master logo captures two typically Swiss concepts: The mountains and Swiss typography. A subtle reference to the mountains was created through the use of a cut in the lettering, which allows for flexibility and customisation using colours from both the primary and secondary palettes to represent different services. The ‘mountain’ cut was also used to create snowflake patterns, which were introduced to provide a flexible graphic device overlaying imagery to represent the different services.
The new identity has been rolled out across wayfinding, signage, website, stationery and marketing materials.
