Opening the door to progress with their first employer brand
Designhouse were commissioned by Springer Nature Group to develop an engaging employer brand that drew visual elements from the overarching Group’s brand identity.
Their proposition ‘Be Part of Progress’ and brand promises ‘Be Yourself’, ‘Develop Your Curiosity’ and ‘Stretch Your Horizons’ had to be central to the employer brand.
The proposition ‘Be Part of Progress’, is inspired by their world-leading research which enables millions of researchers, educators and clinicians to access, trust and make sense of the latest insights across the globe.
Our creative concept brings this proposition to life. Inspired by their brand trapezium, we have created an inviting doorway, which symbolises a new world of fresh possibilities, new opportunities and career progression.
The journey is enriched with a vibrant colour palette that mirrors the energy and enthusiasm of the Springer Nature Group employees. At the heart of the brand are bespoke icons, each representing the three promises that sit alongside the proposition: Be Yourself, Develop Your Curiosity and Stretch Your Horizons.
A coordinated launch event took place in offices across the globe in London, New York, Beijing and Berlin. As part of the launch, we created a dynamic video, large scale wall murals, interactive photo frames and cupcakes.
We are currently working on deliverables for phase two which include individual Promise videos, pull up banners, animated digital stickers and onboarding kits.
